About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM Functional Specialist to join a dynamic team and support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of SAP VIM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP VIM, FICO processes, and integration with SAP Fiori apps, with a proven track record in delivering successful SAP projects and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align business requirements with SAP VIM solutions to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.

• Configure and optimize invoice workflows within SAP VIM, adapting processes as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and implementation.

• Manage configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP solutions.

• Independently drive project tasks and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on SAP solution design and best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP VIM and SAP Fiori integration, with strong knowledge of SAP ECC design, principles, and configuration.

• Proficiency in SAP FICO processes and finance best practices.

• Experience with invoice document capture tools and their integration with SAP.

• Participation in at least 3 SAP implementation projects.

• Experience with long-term support, optimization, and incremental improvement of SAP VIM solutions.

• Exposure to S/4 HANA migration projects.

• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Strong ability to communicate complex finance, accounting, and SAP topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SAP transport and change management tools (STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControl).

• Experience in developing WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) from a functional perspective.

• Understanding of ABAP, with Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) as a plus.

• Capabilities and Leadership Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and change management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in international teams across multiple geographies.

• Proactive and passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with new technologies and trends.

• Willingness to contribute to Communities of Practice (CoP).

• Excellent communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders.
