Product Manager (ITAD)

We are looking for a commercially accountable Product Manager to own and develop our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) offering at Foxway CWS (Circular Workspace Solutions).

About the role

IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) is one of our core service offerings and a business-critical part of our circular lifecycle model.

As Product Manager, you are fully accountable for the ITAD offering – including value proposition, profitability, margin development, and service performance. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, ensure clear commercial targets, and drive continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of the offering.

This role is strongly cross-functional. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Tech Centers to ensure that our ITAD services are competitive, scalable, and financially sound. The role reports to VP Product & Services Management.

You will:

Own ITAD P&L, margin targets, and growth ambitions.
Define and evolve the value proposition across key customer segments.
Set pricing logic and profitability guardrails.
Translate strategy into clear execution priorities.
Ensure service quality standards, SLAs, and operational alignment.
Drive structured performance follow-up using commercial and operational KPIs.
Support sales enablement and commercial positioning.

Success is measured on profitability, service performance, and customer satisfaction (NPS).

We believe you bring

5+ years in commercial Product Management or similar commercial product ownership role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS, hardware/physical product, or service-driven business environment.
Solid commercial experience with clear P&L accountability.
Proven experience owning margin, pricing logic, and business performance.
Experience working cross-functionally in operational or service-based environments.
Ability to translate strategy into measurable success factors.
Structured, data-driven decision making.
Experience driving process improvements in complex stakeholder settings.

Meritorious if you have:

Experience in lifecycle services, refurbishment, hardware, leasing, or asset-heavy models.
Experience working close to operations and service delivery teams.
