Ework has developed from a humble beginning, to becoming a market leading consultant supplier in Northern Europe, in less than two decades. The company was founded in 2000 – during the IT boom – by Magnus Berglind (presently on the board of directors), based on a business concept to supply a thirsty IT market with consultants.
The IT crash hit the consultancy market hard, but despite this, Ework continued to expand. Out of the difficulties the company experienced during its first years a will to fight was born, something that still characterizes the company culture. Recently, Ework has expanded strongly – both internationally and when it comes to the services we offer.
We bring consultants and clients together. Our solutions range from providing individual consultants, to becoming a partner handling the whole procurement process.
We are independent with access to the whole consultancy market. Our business model is based on being independent and having no consultants on our pay list. This allows us to impartially match assignments with the most appropriate consultant from the whole market.

Our environment goals for 2020 include centralised purchases of green electricity, reducing trips through enabling smart ways of communicating, increasing e-signing and providing environment training for both staff and consultants.
There is an active community involvement, which is an important part of the company. Each employee can use three hours of their time each month to work for non-profit organizations for the betterment of young people.
