We are now looking for several creative and communicative Merchandising developers to our Store planning and visual merchandising department at our head office in Insjön. As Merchandising developer at Clas Ohlson you are passionate about simplifying life in all kinds of homes. You will develop, document and implement our merchandising concept, including lay-out and range presentation in order to maximize commerciality, inspiration and sales. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone that is passionate about simplifying life for consumers and understands what it takes to create awesome, consumer-oriented experiences. You have extensive merchandising experience in a retail environment – both lay-out, range presentation and store communication. Experience from working in project environment is a merit. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of relevant education within visual merchandising and/or retail management or at least 3 years of experience from qualified work within these segments. This role requires good leadership skills, ability to work on both strategic and tactical level and a creative ability to turn a “what” needs to be done into a “how”. You follow trends and development within the area, have passion and interest of the market and like to share knowledge and experience with other co-workers within the organization. Furthermore, we want you to have good network and communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships. Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required for this position. Knowledge in InDesign and Power Point is wanted.
