Would you like to be in a team of six highly skilled employees working in a fast-paced environment? We are now looking for a team member to the Equities Execution Platform team at SEB Technology to strengthen the technical support & development of the platform.

SEB is a full-service investment bank that offers advisory and financing across all products and client segments. We are recognized as one of the leading Nordic banks within investment banking. Within Equities Execution we have a leading market share of institutional flow on Nordic exchanges, and we provide connectivity throughout Europe, North America & Asia.

Your role:

• Take ownership of troubleshooting, system integration, maintenance, installation, and configuration for our equity execution trading systems.
• Provide end-user support and collaborate closely with trading desks and business stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee continuous monitoring to ensure stability and efficiency in our production environment.
• Work with external vendors, cross-functional teams, and other development units to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute ideas and suggest improvements to our platform and ways of working.
• Contribute to the continuous delivery and improvement of our Equities Execution trading systems.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Academic degree in computer and systems science or finance.
• Solid experience in support roles and system integration within trading environments.
• Solid knowledge of trading platforms, FIX-Protocol, and Linux.
• Familiarity with Ullink, Exchange connections, and container technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Experience with trading products in Equities, Fixed Income, or FX is meritorious.
• Service-minded team player, proactive, and committed to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Comfortable working in agile teams.
• Motivated, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks with a customer focused attitude.
• A collaborative mindset.
