Are you an experienced architect passionate about data products, event-driven architecture, and scalable integration patterns? In this role, you’ll drive architecture and transformation, helping divisions and teams adopt a structured approach to integrations such as APIs, Kafka events, and Data Products. You’ll enable teams, define patterns, and ensure our platforms support their needs—creating a more scalable, predictable, and well-governed ecosystem.

Your work will shape today’s platform strategy and guide its future evolution, ensuring our methodologies grow alongside new data integration challenges.

We are an enabler domain, providing best-in-class platforms and architecture patterns for APIs, Events, Event Streaming (Kafka), Data Products, Business Intelligence (BI), and Machine Learning.

As a Senior Solution Architect, your primary mission is to:

• Ensure integrations adhere to structured interoperability standards.
• Guide other domains and teams in applying the defined architecture in daily development, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both Business and Technology.
• Work closely with other architects.
• Coach and mentor solution architects, helping them embed best practices into their designs.
• Be passionate about contract-first thinking in integration patterns.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in a senior architecture role.
• Extensive experience in data integrations and integration patterns.
• Strong background in multi-cloud data platforms, with deep expertise in GCP.
• Solid understanding of data governance and lifecycle management within a layered architecture framework.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor solution architects, driving the adoption of best practices.
• Experience with data provisioning and integrating into data governance frameworks.
• A strategic mindset, enabling divisions to adopt integration-first methodologies aligned with platform capabilities.

Bonus Points for Experience with:

• Previous experience in the financial industry
• Familiarity with Data Mesh concepts and adoption
• Experience in data modeling
• Understanding of ML architecture
• Expertise in integration architecture
• Hands-on experience in data engineering
• Knowledge of DevOps and continuous delivery practices
• Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth
