The focus on Sanctions Screening has increased significantly during the last two years due to the geopolitical situation and the volumes that we are screening are also ever increasing. SEB’ solution for screening is a business critical system.

 

Are you passionate about quality and want to provide efficient incident- and problem handling ensuring smooth processing and minimal negative impact on clients? We are currently looking for an Incident Manager to join the Screening team in the FCP Tribe

 

About the Job

 

As Incident Manager you will be responsible for effective implementation of the Incident Management process in the Screening team that is working with sanctions screening. You will drive the processes, activities and resources required to resolve escalated incidents within the screening flow. You will work closely together with the team, the vendor and all our stakeholders in the bank.

 

You will ensure that communication to the stakeholders/users is timely and accurate. You will also compile incident and monthly reports. Once an incident has been solved you will if applicable drive the problem management process forward ensuring that needed problem investigations are performed. When there is no ongoing incident- or problem management you will be involved in coordinating and driving different initiatives in the screening area, such as working with IT security controls gaps, vulnerabilities, audit findings and answering questions related to inspections from the competent authorities or regulators.

 

You will become part of the FCP Tribe in Arenastaden where we work in clear value flows and where IT and business are in the same room and share the same target and purpose. We are responsible for development and management of the applications that support the bank's processes for financial crime prevention.

 

Who are you?

 

To thrive and succeed in this role you must have great communication skills and you excel at collaborating with others. You have the ability to coordinate and lead the people that are needed to resolve an incident. We believe that you need to be structured and able to work under pressure. You are solution oriented and like innovation and change. You have a good understanding of ITIL’s Incident and Problem processes. Previous experience of working in system development or maintenance together with an outsourcing partner or vendor will be valuable as is business knowledge regarding financial crime prevention or sanctions screening.

 

Previous experience from project management or other coordinating roles is also beneficial.
