Cloud Change Lead in Group CIO at SEB in Stockholm

As the Cloud Change Lead in Group CIO, you will get the opportunity to play a key and leading role in SEB´s Cloud transformation.   

 What you will be doing 

As Cloud Change Lead you will be working in the forefront of where technology meets banking and vice versa and will be exposed to colleagues and functions across the entire bank. Your focus in the role will be to drive strategic cloud transformation at group level which includes bringing a visionary perspective as well as drive the business case for migrating the bank’s processes, applications, analytics, infrastructure and procured services to cloud-based solutions. You will lead strategic initiatives to understand and maximize business value, project and optimize costs, enhance agility and identify opportunities for innovation through the adoption of cloud.

This is a new role which also provides you with the opportunity to shape the role and the way forward. You will collaborate with many different stakeholders within the bank, and it is important that you are a strong networker who easily builds trust relationships. You will work with SEB’s Cloud Transformation Initiative and be part of that initiative’s leadership. 

Who we are looking for 

You have extensive experience in IT strategy, business transformation, and cloud architecture. In addition, a proven track record of successfully working in a leading role in a large-scale cloud transformation of a large and complex organization, focusing on delivering tangible business outcome. As a person, you thrive in a role where you have several contact points, you are communicative and not afraid to express your opinions and lead the way. It is required that you are outcome-oriented, focused on delivering and driving towards results and success. Cloud certifications and formal training are a plus.
