We would like you to join us as the Category Manager Product Line Floor Care – Cordless/Robotic to work with us on the development of innovative consumer products in close connection to various functions such as sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution.
The focus is on floor & surface care cordless / robotics cleaners. This category is very dynamic both in term of innovation and market growth. IoT (Internet of Things)/connected smart devices will be a key area for us to enhance the consumer experience.
As the Category Manager Product Line Floor Care – Cordless/Robotic you collaborate closely with the Category Director in defining category strategy and implement the strategic plan for the Cordless/Robots category and you are responsible for the Development and maintenance of relevant product generation plan
You will initiate new products/concepts development based on consumer needs, in close cooperation with the relevant departments.
You are the Product Line representative in Product Development Projects and you are responsible for Planning and Implementation of launches according to plan with the regions/local organizations.
You will be Tracking and assuring Business performance according to budget and identify course corrections if needed (with Regional PLs): Ensure product mix, positioning and GP levels are delivering according to plan.
To be successful in this role we believe you have:
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in product marketing and/or commercial areas (with product knowledge/ product management) and/or product development (ideally in more than one function)
• Very good project management skills, able to plan and prioritize
• An experience in IoT(Internet of Things)/connected smart device is a plus.
